Reflective Care Solutions Ltd was founded by two individuals who share a deep commitment to delivering the highest standards of care for vulnerable people. Our work is rooted in strong values, a client‑centred approach, and a genuine passion for creating safe, high‑quality, and successful services that empower individuals to reach their full potential.
Together, we bring 46+ years of combined experience across a wide range of roles within the sector. Many of these roles began at entry level and progressed through to senior management and Director positions, giving us a rare, ground‑up understanding of the industry. We have worked with large national providers, local authorities, and small private organisations, allowing us to develop a comprehensive operational, strategic, and commercial perspective.
Our experience includes serving as Registered Managers and Responsible Individuals with Ofsted, as well as holding Registered Manager and Nominated Individual roles with the CQC. We have extensive expertise in establishing new provisions, supporting failing services, and leading turnaround and compliance work. To date, we maintain a 100% success rate in helping services move out of compliance and achieve Good or Outstanding ratings.
Individually and collectively, we have managed and consulted on multi‑million‑pound projects, developments, and budgets. Our proven track record and strong reputation within the industry reflect our dedication and the impact of our work.
